Another company (Andersen), came out here three times, told us we had to spend $2,000 on a new evap. coil, gave us no information or detail and couldn't get out of here fast enough. Air-O-Seasons came to check out our unit for free, in less than 24 hours. The two technicians were clean and courteous and gave us a ton of information and explanation of what was going on with our unit. They explained everything they were going to do to fix it and how the installation (from Andersen Heat/Cooling) was flawed. Wonderful experience. Thank you for being and honest and helpful company!
