Listen to the customer. My unit was working ,my air was working and I told the tech not to throw parts at it. The advertised on thumbnail you said if you come out the 75.00 is waved.. shame on this company for taking advantage. There is no way I believe my unit was burned out ,it all about throwing parts in to make money. I do believe this is your practice and with my free service next time will be expensive also. He also tried to tell me I need a new unit..really ! Bad business .so 1,200 later I have parts

I reached out for preventative maintenance/service on my 23 year old HVAC system. Price was very reasonable and the tech came out same day. Walked me thru all the details of what he did and suggestions on how to improve the system. A little sales pitch, of course, to do repairs or sign up for their maintenance program, but that’s to be expected and they weren’t too pushy. Would definitely have them out again to service my unit!
