- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $49.99 diagnostic fee, which we will waive if you hire us to do your repair. We do not combine the diagnostic fee with the repair price. Depending on the repair needed, we will always quote you before doing any repairs and will never let you pay more in repairs then what the computer is worth unless you authorize us to do so.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat all customers the same, new and returning customers. Our specials are for everyone not just new customers. We find this to be the fairest way to do business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Master's Degree in Computer Technology. 27 Years+ of hands on experience.
