Simply calling Alex a "teacher" and labeling the time I spent with Alex "lessons" just isn't fair at all to the definitions of those words - because what I encountered with this guy is ABOVE AND BEYOND any lessons I've ever had. Learning from him was a true EXPERIENCE that was driven by his unparalleled passion for guiding my skill set to a completely different level. The guy is truly inspiring. With other teachers, practicing between lessons was a last minute thing that I would reluctantly cram into my week (typically minutes before my next lesson) just so I wouldn't look like an idiot for my next lesson. But with Alex, practice sincerely became a priority in my life. Alex instills his enthusiasm and passion into every lesson which stuck with me LONG after the lesson was over. She has fun during her lessons and is motivated to play guitar without us having to remind her.
