- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, because every job is unique and the pricing depends on the customers needs as well as the time required to complete the work. Photos included in the request for service is a big help in quoting and it helps the customer get a more accurate price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask how they want the final outcome to look and let them know of any problems I may encounter. I keep a constant line of communication open until the customer is satisfied with the service that is provided
