Paul was excellent to work with! He replied to my request in a timely manger and came out to help redirect a condensate line the next day. He explained exactly what he would be doing for the repair and how it will work once completed. I highly recommend Paul for any of your AC/Heating needs!

I am so impressed with this company. They are professional, prompt, courteous, dependable and honest. They will go out of their way to help you and don’t try to sell you things you may not need. They are conscientious about their work, competent in doing it, and not there to take advantage of you. They have done two repairs for me at a very fair price and Paul is very nice to work with.

Response time and repair service were excellent. The final cost was very reasonable, especially since they offer a discount for seniors. Paul explained the problem and kept me informed of the progress of the repair. He and Omar were efficient, courteous, and very professional. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them agin.
