You can tell from the moment that you engage with him that he approaches projects in two ways. First, he thinks like an engineer. He walks you through the exact steps that his team will go through in tackling the remodel. He is also super upfront about things that he is concerned about it encountering along the way. Second, it's not just about fixing it, but making the fix better than what was there before. Highly recommend.

TERRIBLE. No show. Scheduled a time for them to come out, 6pm. 20 minutes late, I called. Was told they were on the way. 40 minutes late - I messaged. Told me they would find out. Nothing after. 60 minutes late and I'm writing this review.
