- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing always depends on the job itself at hand. Yet I’m always open to find ways to make it cost efficient and offer discounts for military, nursing and education, as well as senior.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to hear not only what they believe to be going on, but hear how it is effecting them and their property, and then move forward with a complete inspection process to make sure we aren’t missing anything before crafting a game plan to attack the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a mold remediation specialist for over a decade
