I’m well pleased. Tom did an awesome job. I spoke with him yesterday about a diagnosis about mold. He was knowledgeable and came out the next day. Tom had the same diagnosis but didn’t charge and arm and leg like other estimates. He explained why mold built up and everything needed to remove the mold. He was less complicated and thorough. I definitely would be calling him again!

My experience with Tom was absolutely awesome! He helped us with mold remediation in my mom’s closet, and I can’t say enough good things about how he handled the entire situation. From the start, Tom made my mom feel very comfortable, which meant the world to us, especially since she had been extremely nervous about the whole process.
My mom kept complimenting his professionalism and even mentioned several times how much she genuinely liked him. That’s a big deal coming from her! And get this , even her dog, who barks at everyone, instantly took to Tom.
That alone speaks volumes.
Tom was open, honest, and never tried to upsell or push anything unnecessary. He was straightforward about the work that needed to be done, and he didn’t try to break the bank either, which we really appreciated.
Highly recommend Tom if you’re looking for someone who’s not only great at what he does but also treats people with kindness and respect.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing always depends on the job itself at hand. Yet I’m always open to find ways to make it cost efficient and offer discounts for military, nursing and education, as well as senior.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to hear not only what they believe to be going on, but hear how it is effecting them and their property, and then move forward with a complete inspection process to make sure we aren’t missing anything before crafting a game plan to attack the issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
