- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a minimum price of $100 We offer discounts for cleaning more than one area, and larger areas. 10% Military/Veteran and Senior Discount
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can usually give an accurate estimate based on square footage obtained from customers. For special circumstances (tricky stains, rust, ect.) we may need to see the project in order to give an accurate quote. Once we have issued a quote, we can get to work. We collect payment when the job is done and the customer is happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crews have been instructed in the correct methods to protect your property during service. We take care with our additives to make sure they are safe for your plants, pets, and property.
