- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer two pricing formats for our customers to provide the most cost effective cleaning. For large commercial type jobs we offer pricing by the square foot, for residential customers we offer pricing by the room.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to understand the amount and type of traffic along with the types of stains certain areas receive to tailor the cleaning accordingly. Frequently, we have to do things differently on the same carpet based on how much traffic each area receives to produce the best results possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My brother and I have both taken many IICRC classes over the years which provides a strong foundation to start on. However, being a master cleaner on paper is only one step. 24 years of on the job with 60,000+ completed jobs has been the best education and training like that can't be bought, it must be earned.
