Scott Muncy came out and took care of my septic system when I was experiencing a backup in my basement. He arrived quickly, was very informative, and explained every price before doing any work. Even though it was an unpleasant job, he handled it with a smile the entire time. Scott was extremely friendly, professional, and left my yard spotless when he was done. He also took the time to educate me on how to maintain my system properlyI didnt even know I had a filter in my tank that needed cleaning! I am extremely satisfied with Septic Blue and their knowledgeable employees. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of septic service.

100 % recommend Scott Muncy! We were having issues with our septic tank since Wednesday- we needed someone to take a look at the problem ASAP- since we had two little children 4 and 2 who use the restroom which we were unable to access- so you can only imagine how difficult it was- we grew frustrated with the other company that was suppose to come out- eventually after calling around - we got a hold of Septic Blue- Scott was at our house in 20 mins- since the call ended to request for help- he provided us with knowledge about our septic tank and how to maintain it as well as gave us a discount- we would have paid a lot with the other place - Scott really saved us a deal and provided good customer service.
