Dana is simply a delight to work with. I chose her to be the wedding planner for my daughter’s wedding after the first time talking on the phone with her. She was so nice and a true professional at the same time. She had great ideas for the wedding and she was always a phone call away any time I needed her advice. I felt like I was working with a friend, not just a wedding planner. Thanks to Dana and all her hard work, my daughter’s wedding was spectacular and it was everything we wanted and more. I highly recommend Eventful Charlotte and Dana in particular for any eventplanning. Dana is the best!

Dana is a joy to work with. She handled changes so beautifully when they came up. She was very patient and encouraging. She helped pull off the most beautiful wedding many said they had ever been to. So thankful.
Super sweet and super helpful. She helped make things a lot easier at the wedding. And is even personable to the point that even after the wedding she has texted about my son asking if things were great. (Some medical issues). Would recommend to a friend. Great experience 🙂

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After an initial virtual/phone consultation, a detailed proposal and quote will be provided.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A virtual or in person meeting is set to discuss overall vision, goals, budget and a detailed strategy and timeline is formatted. I share a very detailed Google document with my clients so that we can quickly and easily access new contracts and share progress. I am available via text, email and calls anytime and will promptly return messages if unavailable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years experience as a fundraising professional. I have chaired events, sat on numerous executive boards, and have been actively involved in the planning and execution of over 1,000 events.
