- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complication here!! We have 2 different types of Property Management Services that we offer: Tenant Placement and Full Property Management. For more information on each service and what is included, please feel free to visit my website. Full Property Management is one half one month's rent to place the tenant into the property and 10% gross monthly rent thereafter. ($80 monthly minimum) Tenant Placement is one full month's rent to place tenant into the property and owner remains landlord.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is a great question! We also ask questions. Lots of questions, about the property, history, etc. Sometimes these questions are difficult for the property owner. The more we know, the better we are able to assist! We need to know the good, the bad, and the ugly. We have a process in place to onboard our new owner clients. This process includes but is not limited to gaining additional and pertinent information from the property owner, assessing the property, and Onboarding the property and new owner clients into our system. It’s a detailed process and may vary slightly depending on client needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! Every year I am required to take a mandatory update course which is 4 hours, along with a required 4 hour elective course to maintain my real estate license. Every 4 years, I am required to take the Realtor Ethics Class and now, since I am a proud Professional NARPM Member. I am required to take an additional 4 hour NARPM Ethics Course which is mandatory to keep my professional status a NARPM Member. This does not include the ongoing training and seminars that I attend on a regular basis such as the NARPM Regional Conventions, NCARPMD classes/seminars, as well as classes and training provided by Canopy (formally CRRA)!! I think that covers the majority of it!
