Zach did a great job fixing our toilet in a timely manner. They were also able to respond to my repair request in a very rapid manner (request made Sunday night with an appointment scheduled for Monday morning).

Excellent experience. I highly recommend them. (Our issue was a clogged drain .) They responded right away and scheduled an appointment. Zach arrived on time. He was very pleasant and professional. He quickly assessed the issue and gave an estimate clearly explaining what it covered. Once I accepted, he was able to do the work right then. He efficiently cleared the drain and cleaned up.
Again this was an excellent experience should I need plumbing help in the future they will be my go to for help.

Responded quickly to my request. Sent Zach the next day (I had a choice of time frames). Zach let me know his ETA. Fixed the issue (clogged toilet) within 30 minutes. I had to do some disinfection cleanup afterwards but not much.
I am not sure if the price was average, but getting it fixed sooner than “shopping around” and paying fees for an estimate was important to me.
Also, no extra charge for credit card use.
