The two guys that came to help were awesome. Both quite knowledgeable and very friendly. They explained everything to us and were able to get the work done quickly and correctly. They went above and beyond to make sure the leak we had was fixed and gave great customer service. We will definitely call them again if the need arises and highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I contacted Benjamin Franklin plumbing for a quote on two repair jobs. Within 10 minutes I received a phone call and an appointment was made for me. The next morning, Jason called to let me know he was on the way and he arrived right on time. He started work right away on a stopped up toilet, and thankfully, he was finally able to unclog it. The other bathroom toilet was leaking around the bottom. It needed new bowl bolts and washers. Jason kept me apprised every step of the way, which I very much appreciated. He was very careful to keep the floors clean as well. If I have further need of a plumber, I will call Benjamin Franklin plumbing and ask for Jason.
