The service was excellent! We had a shower faucet that would keep running. I called Mr Rooter and was given a date and time. The technician came promptly and on time. He was professional and took his time to fix the issue and replace the parts as needed. They provide a warranty for the work that they do. They did a really good job without making any messes and also clean thoroughly after completing the task. Great value and peace of mind - especially when it comes to plumbing!

I called them early in the morning they call me back I will try to wait within a couple hours I had a plumber here his name was Morgan he was professional and kind he did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and quoting me my prices I would recommend him very highly thank you so much for your help it really took away all my stress thank you again

Great experience with this company from start to finish. Professional customer service over the phone dispatcher had a technician to my house in about 5 minutes! Morgan did excellent work and informed me of everything he was doing along the way, providing a detailed estimate with different options. His work was great, cleaned up, and was personable and offered helpful suggestions to prevent future problems. I would 100% recommend.

I think Mr rooter is overpriced for sure. That being said they are always on time and always professional. Today our guy was awesome.
