- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each instance of dealing with wildlife is unique. Pricing is largely dependent on the specifics of the situation. Because each house is built differently, prices will vary depending on what work needs to be completed on your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is gathering information through the initial assessment/inspection process. After that is completed, a plan of action will be clearly discussed and explained.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Wildlife Damage Control Agent licensed by the state of North Carolina. I have completed the OSHA 10 Hour safety course and hold that certification. We carry general liability insurance.
