- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My normal hourly fee is $125.00.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I have all of the information about an event I will send you an event confirmation, which indicates you are booked. I will email you the week of the event to confirm the booking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been balloon twisting since 2001. I have trained with the top balloon artists in the world at conventions and balloon jams.
