We were very pleased with the immediate response we received when we 1st contacted Brad. He came to our home within a few days to help us decide what would best fit our needs. He looked at each room and made suggestions based on the amount of light that enters the room and the function of the space. He placed the order while he was there and made sure that it was exactly what we had discussed. He informed us that it would take about 4 weeks for the order to be shipped. He and 2 of his employees completed the installation of 6 shades in under an hour. They were professional and reliable. I would highly recommend Brad and his company for your window needs!

I was in full panic mode when I turned to Made in the Shade. I was getting a nice rental home made ready for new residents, and the painters threw away the existing blinds. Yikes!!! The move-in date was very close, and another large blind company I had used before was unable to even get a consultant out to measure and pick a product for three weeks. Double yikes!!!Much to my relief, I called Made in the Shade, and in less than 24 hours a consultant visited me at the property. An order was placed for high quality roller shades that completely transformed the look of the home inside and out. The order arrived early, and it was installed the same day.When I found Made in the Shade, I quickly discovered they are a large company with institutional buying power, not just some local outfit that buys their window coverings from the cheapest supplier. They manufacture their own products to exactly fit each window without gaps or unnecessary overhangs. If you have not been through this before, you cannot fully appreciate the value of working with a company that controls its own product quality. Blinds and shades can be a pricy investment, but good blinds and shades cost less over time than cheap ones. They do so much more than just cover windows for privacy they can take an ordinary space and make it in to something special.My hat is off to Made in the Shade. Jeremy was my consultant, and he was entirely professional from beginning to end. The communication was perfect as well. Everyone I interacted with understood and appreciated my urgency, and they exceeded all of my expectations. Oh, and the house looks fantastic!

We offer free in-home consultations. There is no charge or obligation to purchase from us for our consulting and design services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start out by meeting you at your home where we bring our show room samples to you. Our design consultants will provide expert advice on selecting the best window treatment products, take measurements of your windows and space and provide a free no-obligation quote. If you choose to work with us, they will come back to do the installation themselves. We are 100% committed to your satisfaction.
