Zacki was absolutely wonderful! She was so knowledgeable and fun to learn Ancient Mediterranean from. My partner asked if she could "spice up" our Valentines Day plans with a private cooking lesson (on somewhat short notice-I'm so thankful she was able to schedule us in!) and it ended up being one of the best surprises I've ever had. I was a little in shock the entire time, overwhelmed with how awesome the entire experience was. Absolutely worth it. I would love to do more cooking lessons with Zacki. She totally got me hooked on cooking Mediterranean now - I've fixed up my own versions of it a few times since then. And the food was *AMAZING*!!!

Zacki has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is giving my wife private cooking lessons and doing an absolutely amazing job. My wife always has fun and is learning great cooking techniques and easy to replicate dishes.

I had a great time. I love the hands-on experience. It was fun! I enjoyed it. Can't wait for my next baking lesson with Zacki. We made the upside down cake, apple empanadas, and tres leches.

Zacki is an extremely talented and innovative cook. She is DEFINITELY an expert in her field. I was on a new diet (low carb, no refined sugars, high in veggies, no corn or soy, gluten-free) and even though the list of "CANNOT EAT" foods was high, she called and instantly said that there's A LOT that I CAN eat. Boy was she right. She cooked up a storm with me and even with my schoolteacher paycheck, it was affordable. She focuses on trying to make you self-sufficient with your cooking, so you don't really need to rely on her time and time again, but, trust me, you'll miss her food and her special ingredients, so you'll call her back. At first, the price was a bit high for me given my current job, but when you do the math, and realize how much time you're saving and how much you are learning a lifelong skill, it's well worth it. Stop shopping and just give her a call. Just don't call her too often because I need her to squeeze me into her schedule. That homemade Baba Ghannough and roasted Mediterranean chicken are calling my name again.

After a preliminary complimentary one hour consultation, prices are based upon final menu selection, staffing, rentals, travel outside of a 25-mile radius and any additional consulting time at a rate of $50/hour. Culinary classes are billed per person or at a pre-agreed upon flat rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
