- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing Guide: On site appointments: $100 per hour plus a travel fee. We are glad to come to you, the travel fees are as follows: Durham: $65 Chapel Hill: $65-75 Raleigh/Cary/Apex: $75 depending on distance Wake Forest/Garner: $85 Burlington: $75 *If the location is not listed, send us a message and we will let you know! For dropping off your computer at our office(appointment required): $95 flat diagnostic fee, which will be applied toward the labor of the repair. Most repairs are able to be completed for about $125 total. Once diagnosing the computer, we will contact you and let you know the repair estimate so you can decide whether or not to move forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first discuss the issues with their device over the phone. Based on that conversation we make recommendations for in-office service or on-site service. When we meet the customer we have a quick rundown on the issues and begin work ASAP.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Computer repair is a constant learning process, and I keep up with new technology through regular research and hands-on experience.
