I highly recommend M&F Santana Carpentry. I have a very heavy wood double front door with glass that was originally installed incorrectly. Because of the way it was hung, the door stuck and became increasingly difficult to open and close, eventually putting so much strain on the heavy-duty door handle that it broke after only a couple of years.

When M&F Santana came out, he quickly understood what was causing the problem. Unfortunately, because of the original installation, it wasn't a straightforward repair. He came up with a solution on the spot that initially worked well, but after a couple of days the door shifted again and began sticking.

He came back and took another approach, adjusting the door in a different way to compensate for the original installation. That repair has worked beautifully. The door now opens and closes smoothly, and I am extremely impressed with his knowledge, problem-solving ability, and carpentry skills.

I honestly wasn't sure how I was ever going to get this door fixed without a much more extensive repair or replacement, so I am very grateful to have found M&F Santana Carpentry. I would absolutely recommend him, especially for a difficult repair that requires someone who really understands how to diagnose the underlying problem and find a workable solution.

Our project involved exterior wood repair as well as a feature rebuild and extension. The quality of the work, and the extra repairs that weren’t visible but needed, were first rate, appreciated, and didn’t result in unreasonable added costs. Additionally, we were able to get great recommendations from Santana for other projects from we need and those recommendations have been of the same great quality. We will definitely be reaching out to Santana for additional projects we need.

Felis did an excellent job. He made our kitchen cabinets look brand new. He communicated well and the quality of his work was reasonably priced.

We had an excellent experience with Santana Carpentry hanging an egg chair for us on our back porch. He took his time with the work and ensured it was being mounted to a structural joist for safety and stability. We were really impressed with his knowledge , attention to detail and professionalism. We will hire Santana again in the future.

We had the best experience with Santana’s Carpentry! From the moment I submitted a request I experienced prompt communication and professionalism. Our built in bookcase was crafted exactly as we had envisioned with a high level of quality. And the entire job was done in one day. There was such diligence to keep the workspace tidy with the work area sealed off to protect the rest of our home from construction dust. And when finished there was no trace of construction. We would absolutely use Santana’s again for future projects!
