I have used Shawn Tomkinson to take both my daughters senior portrait photos. I couldn't be happier with both sessions. Shawn has the uncanny ability to take breathtaking photos without being "in your face". Shawn captured the inner beauty of my daughters as well as their outer beauty. Shawn is an amazing photographer. She succeeds in getting just the right photos by taking her time, being extremely professional yet very personable, utilizing any and all kinds of light, doing black and white photos. I have also seen her wedding portfolio, which is chock full of some of the most breathtaking and beautiful brides. Shawn captures the personality and spirit of anyone that she photographs. I'm so pleased with the work Shawn has done and I can't wait, and I fully intend, to use her services again. Shawn’s creative sensibilities and keen eye shine through in her journalistic documentation of our wedding. She captured the emotion of so many unique moments we would not otherwise have witnessed. Making sure everything ran smoothly, she kept us at ease by going out of her way to drop off engagement photos, recruiting extra help, and maintaining a relaxed demeanor. As a couple in the design industry, we greatly appreciated her professionalism and personal sincerity. We feel fortunate to have her high quality photographs to share with family and friends forever.
