- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We design to your preferences. If price is the only consideration, let us know and we’ll work hard to win your business. If you want to build the fence of your DREAMS, we’re be competitive in that as well. Either way, you’ll have the manufacturer’s warranty on materials and a lifetime warranty on workmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by scheduling a free onsite estimate to walk the property with the homeowner. We’ll ask about their overall vision for their home and what’s driving their need for a fence. We’ll research any HOA requirements so you don’t have to. During our visit, we can provide multiple options to suit the homeowner’s preferences, budget, and HOA rules.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The time to complete a fence installation varies depending on a number of factors, including whether an existing fence needs to be removed first, what type of fence material will be used, and of course, the overall size of the project. Many fence installations can be done in a day or two, but some may require longer.
