- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I set bids using my average pricing on similar projects, but am very willing to negotiate depending on schedule flexibility, complexity of the project, and the traveling distance.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had an interest and a knack for handy work. Growing up, my parents had actually messed up changing a light bulb and started relying on me to help in my teens. I pursued a career in software engineering, but handled projects for my own home as well as friends and family throughout that time. I find much more satisfaction doing this kind of work compared to my career, so I decided to pursue this full-time.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My favorite projects are complex assembly kits and pressure washing. I recently completed pressure washing for a driveway, pool patio, and fire pit in 6 hours.
