- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a one hour minimum for local jobs. Time beyond the initial hour is billed in 15 minute increments. For jobs outside of my service area the minimum is two hours with additional time being billed in 15 minute increments. Nominal travel costs may also be applicable. Large jobs, multi-day jobs or jobs which require a large amount of supplies or upfront expenses may require an upfront payment and an additional payment when work begins (depending on the scope of work). All upfront payments are safely held and are fully payable towards the final total. I accept cash, Venmo and credit cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask plenty of questions to ensure that I fully understand what my clients wants and needs are. I find this very important to provide accurate estimates and to ensure that my clients come away completely satisfied with their projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of hands on experience doing handyman work. My experience is applied and I have a wide array of knowledge, skills and abilities.
