From the moment they arrived, the team was incredibly thorough and professional. They meticulously cleaned every nook and cranny, including areas I didn't even know needed attention. Their attention to detail was impeccable—every surface sparkled, and the apartment looked better than it had in years. One thing to note is that the team had some difficulty with English. Fortunately, I speak some Spanish, so communication wasn't an issue for us. However, for those who do not speak English or Spanish, there might be a communication barrier. I highly recommend using Google Translate to facilitate communication, ensuring that everyone is on the same page. Despite the minor language barrier, the kindness and professionalism of the team shone through. They were not only efficient but also very pleasant to interact with. My experience was very good. Two bedroom, two bath home with dirty floors was cleaned quickly. I crated my dogs during house cleaning. The cleaning ladies were nice not to complain about the barking. I asked them to use my small vacuum because old circuit breaker here can’t handle their powerful one. I will use M&G again when company comes to visit us in June.
