I am not a Spanish speaking client and the guy that came out only spoke Spanish. We couldn’t communicate to see if we could work together to complete the job. He still charged me 50.00. I think that’s poor customer service to not be able to inform the customer of what you’re doing and still charge them for coming out when I still don’t know what’s going on after he left.
