- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do instant booking and you can always reach out to me by phone. Just call for a quicker response. I’m happy to help, no matter how late of a notice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients I typically do a first time pricing for the clients that just want service one time and for consistent clients I’d give a discount after the first day of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I didn’t go to school for cleaning nor did I take classes.
