- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is job-specific. The initial quote you receive is an estimate only. PLEASE NOTE: we can only give you a firm cost after seeing and discussing what the job entails. So many factors go into quoting a job (for example, the weight and length of the material), we prefer not to have a standard pricing system. We appreciate when potential customers can tell us exactly what they want removed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We tend to ask a lot of questions about the materials a customer wants removed. Many times, we ask for photos. Our preference is to give on-site quotes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our knowledge of recycling comes from years of experience working with many types of waste.
