We're thankful that your schedule was so flexible and glad we were able to help you out.
Edwards junk removal absolutely did their job. Luster was fantastic and did a real professional job picking up our debris. Even cleaned up all of the little pieces and left our work area looking clean and manageable. Fast response and quick service. Definitely looking forward to working with them again.Sep 10, 2017Verified
Edwards Junk Removal has done an exceptional job removing a mass of chain link fencing and old outbuildings. Not only was Mr. Edwards prompt in arriving to our house to give an estimate, the estimate was fair and the work was completed within two days. An absolute joy to work with and will absolutely be using again.Aug 8, 2017VerifiedGood Riddance Junk Removal Services, LLC's reply
It was our pleasure. We look forward to working with you again.
I sent a photo of my project (shed removal) to Good Riddance and was told an in person estimate would be needed. They came out right away and told me a price that was close to what I was thinking. I was told that when I got home from work the day the job was completed it would be as though the shed was never there. On the day of the job I was contacted at work requesting about 50% more money due to shingles on the shed and the unexpected weight. This was very disheartening to me because they were in the picture I sent (though I understand that might be hard to see) and clearly visible when walking around the shed for the in person estimate. The person I spoke on the phone while I was at work told me only a "crack head" would do the job for that price. Again, this is shocking to me when an in person estimate was done and I thought the term was unprofessional especially when it was the price they gave upon seeing the site. I explained the shingles were visible during the estimate and I wasn't able to give more money with my budget. In the end, they tore down the shed and worked all day for the price we agreed, but there is still a good bit of junk on the ground- I know have to have someone else come remove what's left on the ground around where they worked. They also pulled my recycling bin out to the area and didn't return it. The top was open and it gathered a lot of water during the storms that followed creating quite the nuisance.Oct 31, 2018Verified
Edwards Junk Removal did a great job. They were on time, worked really hard, and finished everything in one day. My project was to remove a great deal of vegetation, including poison ivy, which they tackled quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Edwards Junk Removal.Jun 27, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing is job-specific. The initial quote you receive is an estimate only. PLEASE NOTE: we can only give you a firm cost after seeing and discussing what the job entails. So many factors go into quoting a job (for example, the weight and length of the material), we prefer not to have a standard pricing system. We appreciate when potential customers can tell us exactly what they want removed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We tend to ask a lot of questions about the materials a customer wants removed. Many times, we ask for photos. Our preference is to give on-site quotes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our knowledge of recycling comes from years of experience working with many types of waste.
