We bought an enormous couch to go up in the loft of our new house and didn’t realize the thing was one single piece. White glove delivery couldn’t handle it, but Out of Your Hands could. They got it up the stairs and into place quickly and took up an antique cedar chest as well. They were fantastic, I’ll definitely be hiring them again!

I highly recommend Fred and his team. Fred over exceeded my expectations. I was in a bind to get a couple of large pieces of furniture moved out and back in for floor repair. As a home owner your property is of value and even though some things happen as an accident you do get a bit anxious. Fred's details of running a business is on point. I'm all about customer service (on time, good communication, good work, and super friendly). It's hard to come by these days. Sounds simple but yet so many companies lack the basics. Fred and his team will not disappoint. I get excited when I find a reliable company that I will not hesitate to use again and recommend to others. Fred was great to work with. We needed a very heavy Kincaid China hutch and buffet base moved. Fred and did everything they promised and easily moved the furniture out of one house safely and securely 70 miles to the other house. Not a scratch on it! This was a last minute arrangement and exceeded my expectations! Communication was great.Thanks Fred!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have had the pleasure of assisting multiple family members and friends in their moves over the years and it actually turned into something I really enjoy doing. Whether it was loading, unloading, removing, or simply just lifting things to help better organize I was all for it. To be able to eliminate at least some of the stress from someone when it came to moving or even just making room is what keeps us going.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would suggest giving as much information as possible to help the pro determine the best approach to the job. Also asking questions creates excellent communication and trust when it comes to selecting the right pro to handle your belongings. Remember these are your personal items so you want to select someone that would handle your things with care while also respecting your time.
