I have been associated with performing and managing maintenance and repairs since 1984 and have gained lots of satisfaction by doing the job I love to do.
I have built a great network of vendors over the years that help me deliver the lowest possible price to the customer.
I treat your property just like it were my property, protecting every surface I come in contact with. It makes no difference to me if I am changing out a faucet, toilet, deck or putting in an extra driveway. I like to be just as satisfied as the customer.

Mr. Mitchell replaced our front sidewalk. He was prompt, courteous and completed the job on time. The work was top notch and had a very reasonable price. I will be asking Mr. Mitchell to help with some other jobs that we need completed. I would highly recommend Mr. Mitchell to complete any home concrete work that you may need.

Very nice job replacing timbers and stone on our front walkway. Cleanup was very satisfactory. I've begun talking with Mr. Mitchell about completing a much larger walkway job out back. He does good work.

Perry did a fantastic job in my backyard!!! He pretty much did a full transformation of our backyard including grading the land, building a timber border, aerating and seeding, building a beautiful walkway with timber edge and flagstone steps. But most impressive is the gorgeous flagstone patio he built for us! He was very selective with the stones he selected and the placement to make each stone stand out, while keeping the total cost as low as he could. Perry worked hard, always communicated the timeline he was expecting, and let us know when a minor weather delay happened. I would definitely recommend Perry.

Perry did an awesome job taking care of the drainage issues in our yard. He was extremely knowledgeable and came up with a terrific plan. I had three different quotes (and plans) for the job. He was very reasonably priced AND he listened to what we needed/wanted. We were working on a time constraint and he was able to get the job done right away. He even watched the forecast and made sure he got in before the rain. 😊 We were very pleased and HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling Perry. Very trustworthy.

We had a drain that was cracked and causing water to back up next to our basement. Perry came out the day I posted the job on Thumbtack and talked me through the problem and various ways to solve it. The solution and price we landed on was very reasonable. He came back on the day he promised and completed the job. He then walked me through pictures he'd taken of his work before he buried the drain again. Overall, Perry came across as very thorough and trustworthy, and I would have zero hesitation seeking his help again.
