- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to clearly understand what their needs and/or desires are to ensure I am capable of providing the best service to them. I like to get to know a little about them and share more about myself to ensure we’re able to work together for a successful outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a Notary Public and Tax Preparer since the early 1990s. I worked in the residential mortgage industry for 26 years in the Closing capacity and very familiar with the closing process and documentation. I also hold a dual Masters MBA/MSL and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA).
