- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two degrees, one in Culinary A.A.S and the other in Hospitality Managment. Servsafe certification is renewable and must be updated every 5 years. Chefs and food professionals must stay current with trends or they may as well not be in the business.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Small one-on-one consulting, recipes, and menu ideas or classes for individuals, couples and families.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Consulting with local and regional businesses across the U.S. to help them better meet their business needs. They were highly satisfied and impressed!
