FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our daycare pricing is based on full-day($40) and half-day($29) options, with consistent rates and no hidden fees. We offer straightforward pricing so pet parents always know what to expect. Discounts are available for multi-day packages. Boarding includes your choice of group daycare or one-on-one staff playtime, plus optional add-ons and boarding packages to customize your pet’s stay. We welcome all personalities and understand that each pet is an individual. Dog boarding starts at $68, and cat boarding starts at $33. We also offer basic grooming services, including baths, nail trims/grinds, brushing, and teeth brushing. Bath pricing is based on size, coat type, and breed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients are required to set up an account with us before booking a reservation. This includes completing a pet questionnaire, signing our agreements, and providing up-to-date vaccination records. (Dog: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo & Bordetella vaccines)(Cats: Rabies, & Feline Distemper) For daycare, we require a care assessment—but don’t worry, this is included as part of your pup’s first day of daycare. It allows them to get acclimated to our facility, staff, and routine while we observe how they do in our playgroups. For boarding, a care assessment is not required. However, if your dog is new to us, we do recommend a daycare or dayboarding visit beforehand so they can get comfortable with our facility and team, though this is optional.
