We conduct two in house wellness checks per year and we report what we find to our clients. With over 27 years market experience we have long term and long lasting relationships with service vendors. Finally, we have systems in place to guaranty smooth client experience.

Mr Sullivan and his staff have been WONDERFUL through the years.MLSullivan has been managing our property since (shortly after) we left NC. Over ten years and they've handled finding/vetting tenants, managing every aspect of the property and it's repairs, even prepping it for sale... All while I've moved from state to state.We've never had to worry about anything!!!Professional, Capable, Fair, great resources of maintenance people, Experienced... I highly recommended Michael Sullivan when you need someone to handle property management for you. For the last several years hes managed what turned out to be a rather challenging rental property of mine and has done so with excellent advice and swift action when necessary. The house has been taken care of, the tenants and any issues have been managed well, and there hasnt been a period of time without a good tenant. He has many years of solid real estate experience in general and that experience is invaluable when hes managing property. Highly recommended.
