About
Hola a todos! My name is Kyle and I’m a dedicated Spanish tutor who loves sharing both the language and the culture. I focus on clear, supportive instruction that helps you feel confident speaking and understanding Spanish in real conversations.
Whether you’re just starting out or refining your skills, I can help you with:
- Grammar (including preterite and imperfect tenses)
- Building your confidence in speaking Spanish
- Reading in Spanish
Some more details about my lesson are that I use the Somos curriculum for beginners which is very immersive and fun. I make sure to include a personal google folder for my students with two folders titled "Apuntes" and "Tarea y Actividades" so that my students have resources they can access at any time. My website also has free resources including a class link to edpuzzle, a teaching website that my students love to use.
And lastly, for any of my existing students out there, I have a massive discount for you:
If you refer someone to me and they say that they heard about me through an existing student, the currently enrolled student will receive their next lesson 50% off.
Sign up with me today so I can help you reach your language goals! :)

My children, ages 9 and 10, have had two Spanishlessons so far, and they’re really enjoying the experience! As a parent, it’s encouraging to see them excited about learning a new language. I wanted this to be something they would enjoy, and I’ve been happy with our experience so far.
Although we’re still early in the process, their enjoyment of the lessons has made me feel good about choosing this tutor. I’m looking forward to seeing them build their vocabulary, become more comfortable speaking Spanish, and grow in confidence as they continue. We’re off to a wonderful start!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is quite fair considering the amount that teachers are paid in NC. $30 for a half hour and $40 for an hour session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, I will be asking what your goals are when working with a Spanish tutor. This could look like if they want to learn more about grammar, more about speaking practice, or even both.
Then I'll create lessons for them that meet their needs and are scaffolded in order for the student to progress from one stage to the next.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been teaching Spanish for 12 years and I currently teach Spanish 1 and Spanish 2 for high school credit in Chapel Hill, NC
