Introduction: Hello there!
My name is Maria. I teach violin and viola lessons for all ages and levels. I offer in person as well as remote 30-minute sessions, 45 minutes, and 1-hour sessions.
In addition to providing individual lessons, I also enjoy teaching group sessions and coaching ensembles. I have a vast teaching experience. Maria has been teaching my daughter's violin lesson for about 5 months - it was her first violin lesson. Maria is kind, patient and very specific in her teaching. My daughter loves her and I can see the progress she has been making, especially in the last few months. In addition to her teaching Maria always tries to create opportunity for young students to share their love and appreciation of music by encouraging them to perform their own work or going to watch performance.
I know Maria teaches different ages and levels but if you have a young violin beginner as I do, I would definitely recommend her!

My daughter takes violin lessons from Maria and really enjoys them. Maria is a very positive instructor. My daughter's playing has improved through Maria's instruction.

This is what my 6th grade daughter thought of Maria after one school year of private violin lessons:
"Mrs. Maria's fun, funny, really nice, cool and you can learn a lot from her. I went from a second to a first violin in orchestra and I've improved a lot. She also gives you tips that may seem strange but they improve you playing. I really recommend her as a private teacher."
