- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If it's over 25 miles it's $45 an hour (tools,help,and other cost to work) are all included. If local (Eden) $30 it just cost less to stay in town
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
,humility,honesty to earn trust Greetings and a brief in depth idea of project to see if it's my type or if I think I'm the man for it (if I can do as good and timely of a job as needed at the time) if not experience tells me to pass it's better for both. I only have one helper most time
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Basic education (my dad was a master carpenter) I've worked in plumbing and electrical (residential)
