Introduction: I am a personal chef and caterer. I have been doing this since i was 18. The great thing about my business is that I cater to my client's needs. I am constantly researching new ideas about food, new diets so I can be up-to-date with my clients. If my clients have any recommendations or suggestions, I am open to that as well. I like to know what the clients like, do not like, any allergies, health concerns, and if they are willing to try new things.
