I’m giving this business a one star for the following reason: I couldn’t even tell that the house had been “cleaned.” I asked for a move out clean in a completely empty, very small, 3 BR, 2 bath clean. Please keep in mind that one bedroom wasn’t even accessible so it was 2/2. The two accessible bedrooms had brand new carpet and paint. Rest of the house could have been meticulously cleaned by myself in the 3.5-4hrs this person was there. I honestly can’t tell that they did anything besides sweep the main floor. The pictures included are enough to show you what was LEFT. Ceiling fans weren’t cleaned, fridge and appliances weren’t cleaned, counters weren’t wiped down, no mopping, tub wasn’t cleaned. Just super terrible over all.
