Made a posting about the work I wanted and was messaged by the company. Thought I was going to be put on a wait list or been put as a low priority but the company was ready to do the work next day. Was given a bit of time to get schedule conflicts together and gave them a day that worked for me. He worked with my schedule and gave me a time that worked for him the day of. The team was in and out in less than an hour an a half and exceeded the expectations of my wife and I for our back patio.
The team picked up the work where my father and I left off with framing (further reinforced the frame) and worked with my concerns of messing up our lawn to get the concrete to the back yard. Plan on calling them out again for our drive way.

Neyser Sanchez - Sanchez Concrete - returned my phone call the same morning which is different than what I received from other companies and came out and gave an estimate on completing the job. We requested a quote on an 11x15 foot concrete pad with a small sidewalk connecting to another walkway. The ground had to be leveled with backfilled dirt. Neyser reviewed the project and started work the next day. He showed up around 9:30 and began work. The project was completed that day with the pad framed in and poured. He coordinated for everything needed to complete the job. He was very professional and showed me follow-up work that I could do to ensure water did not run under the pad. Excellent job and was finished in just one day. I had my neighbor come over and take a look at the frame job and finished project and he was very impressed. He has requested Neyser's name and contact information because he needs an estimate on a concrete job.

Exceptional experience with this company. They poured 13X22 foot slab to mount metal garage. The work was professionally completed and the crew was all about making sure it was done right.. Could not ask for or expect anything better!

We had a unique 9’by 15” cement slab driveway with grass growing in the middle after 3 hurricanes, rain and erosion it was no longer a driveway but a mud path. We called Carolina Construction, got a quote and figured we spent that much on top soil , seed and labor over the last 4 years to take a chance. In 7 hours we ended up with a thing of beauty. We highly recommend this company and their staff.
