Kevon was better than on time for the initial appointment. His inspection was thorough and he developed a plan to return power to outlets, grown outlets, and organize loose hanging wires.

Kevon saved my day with the outlets that just somehow didn't work one day and I had no idea what happened since the rest of them work! That's why he's the electrical guy. He knows his stuff! Not only did he do a proper diagnosis before giving me the 411 and his rec, because I'm a visual person, he went out of his way to get his writing pad from his car so he could draw me diagrams to explain to me what happened to my outlets so I could visualise the entire circuitry that was related to the issue! And what a learning moment it was! I learn something new every day and that was useful info indeed! And that, in and of itself, garners an excellent review! Anyway, he did a great job changing out the outlets for me!! My camera works now! And, what a kind and friendly guy he is, indeed! Thank you, Kevon! He definitely gets my repeat business when it comes to electricals!
