- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fairly priced and very reasonable. We do take all things into account, like drive time/gas, how many employees a job may take to complete, how many estimated hours it would take, and weather we supply materials/equipment or if it is customer supplied, with all those taken into account we would provide a upfront price. We do offer 5% for any of our veterans and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will take a look at the scope of work if I can ball park a piece based off of pictures I will attempt but will always give upfront pricing on any job we complete that way you know exactly what you’ll be paying.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
An electrical license.
