Chris was absolutely a joy to work with. Very professional, very respectful, responds quickly and very friendly. He communicates arrival time, he gives advice what should be done to fix the issue and not just patch it up. He did a phenomenal job and was accomodating as we added additional items to be done. And he stayed within yhe time frame to complete the job. We will gladly use him on addtl projects and refer him to others.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
1. What exactly he or she wants. 2. How long the project will take. 3. “How much do I have budgeted?” 4. “Does this give the company enough time to get the work done right?” Numbers 3 and 4 are the most important. I have customers try and book the same day with 2 hours notice, which is impossible for me.
