- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
1. What exactly he or she wants. 2. How long the project will take. 3. “How much do I have budgeted?” 4. “Does this give the company enough time to get the work done right?” Numbers 3 and 4 are the most important. I have customers try and book the same day with 2 hours notice, which is impossible for me.
