I was immediately impressed with JM Painting because of their responsiveness and clear perspective on what I needed done. JM Painting helped me by showing me what the paint I wanted would actually look like on my house versus googling colors online. Not only did they have the patience and insight to help me find the perfect color, they continued to serve me throughout the process with direct, thoughtful, and easy communication while demonstrating that what I really wanted actually mattered to them. I was impressed with the soundness of the communication within their team and the speed with which they completed the work. In addition, I was impressed with the non-intrusive manner that they worked being careful to structure the work in a manner that allowed my dogs to be let out for a break, and informing me when they would return from lunch, paint store, etc. The house is beautiful now, and JM Painting left the work area spotless. It was a very pleasant experience because of the bright, hardworking, thoughtful, and honest character of the JM Team. I was impressed with each and every interaction with this business, and would definitely hire them again!

We had to have our house painted and had no good references for people in this area. Looked up companies that did house painting and came across JM Painting. All 5 star reviews so we took a chance. I'm glad we did. They were friendly and professional. Kept us informed fully on what was going on. Started the work and finished it in a reasonable time and didn't consider the job done until they walked it down with us and we were satisfied. Things that didn't look right or we thought needed to be addressed were done so without complaint or even attitude. They were a pleasure to work with. And the important part...the house looks great!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will speak with them over the phone to arrange a time to come out and meet with them to see the project and discuss what the client wants. We will them provide the client with an estimate and arrange a date to start the project
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the painting industry for 15 years and have learned so much during this time. We have worked on new construction homes as well as worked with clients that have existing homes.
