- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we work together your greatest return on investment is in actual transformation. This work is not easy for either of us, but it is worth it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to hold a strategy call with y clients. During that strategy call, we determine if it is beneficial for us to continue working with one another. If so, we will talk next steps and things to focus on throughout our calls. My job is to provide support and work myself out of a job with each client. Let's get to it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Foremost, my life experience has taught me more about my field than any training, course, or certificate I have. Second, I am a product of the product. I receiving coaching myself. I am constantly being challenged and stretched through coaching. Last, I have plenty of trainings, courses, books, and certificates under my belt. Most notably, I have completed a training through ICF (International Coaching Federation). This organization is known as "The Gold Standard of Coaching." I also have a certification in The ReManned Mastery System. This is a methodology that helps male grow and step into Manhood by developing their concept of Life, Leadership, and Legacy. Last, I am also certified by the state of North Carolina as a Peer Support Specialist. This work is so similar in nature to coaching that many organizations accept peer support hours as coaching hours.
