- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading fitness journals and articles to increase my knowledge.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I provide one on one training and give nutritional advice based on the client's goals. Since I'm not a nutritionist, I can give recommendations for meal plans, but all meal plans should be approved by a doctor.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We are normal people doing a job we love. We eat out, go on vacation, and make normal decisions each day. That being said, we don't always work out or eat right and may not be super shredded. However, we know what we're doing when we're training and can help people out.
