This is the place to go for a focused personal training. You're the center of her attention. She'll look at all aspects of your life, primarily exercise and nutrition along with your head space. A great place to let go and shape up.

I've been training with Eva for 5 years! She is awesome!!! Eva is very knowledgable and professional. She will provide you with the tools to obtain your personal goal. Once I achieved my weight loss and toning goals, I decided to continue to train with her for accountability.

I am a diabetic and was on two medications to control my readings, in the time I worked out with her I was able to get off one of my medications. My A1C went down to 5.1 I enjoyed my workouts with Eva and never did the same workout twice. I highly recommend Eva Nelson Brown to anyone who is looking for a trainer, she will work with your limitations if you have any.

Eva is great at what she does - which is much more than the average trainer. She is knowledgeable, professional and fun. She takes an interest in her clients and wants the best for them. This is clear in the personal approach she takes with everyone from the assessment phase to reaching your goal. She is honest in a gentle and thoughtful way while pushing everyone to maximize her/his potential physically, mentally and emotionally. She's great!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

After being obese (over 200 lbs) in my late teens and twenties, I became anorexic and eventually bulimic. I remember how people treated me , and I want to spare others from living that way .

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be realistic...just because you hire a trainer , doesn't mean that you will be successful. Understand that it is YOU who has to walk the walk , and the your trainer is the one who knows the way .

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

That there is a reason why trainers chose it : Some do it for the money and the accolades, others do it for the satisfaction of knowing they are helping others.
