What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my jobs are quoted by Square foot but I have a $50 minimum. I apply $20 discounts for both the customer and the friend or family that signs up for my power washing services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free quotes on all jobs measured by the square footage of surfaces. I will discuss with customer what they are looking to clean and make recommendations as needed to best serve them.
