- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is designed to be fair, transparent, and based on the scope of each project. Because I offer a wide range of services, pricing may be hourly, flat-rate, package-based, or custom-quoted depending on the client’s needs. I provide clear expectations up front so there are no surprises, and I am happy to discuss bundled pricing when a client needs multiple services. For larger projects or recurring services, discounts may be available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a conversation to understand the client’s goals, timeline, and specific needs. From there, I recommend the best service approach, provide a quote or package option, and outline the next steps clearly. Once everything is approved, I create a plan, keep communication open throughout the project, and make sure the client feels informed and supported from start to finish. My goal is to make the process smooth, professional, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My work is supported by many avenues. I hold a dual Bachelors of Science in Psychology in Christian Counseling and Life Coaching. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and Georgia and own my own firm in North Carolina allowing me to offer you great deals. I am also a Certified Event Planner. I have over twenty years hands-on experience across real estate, property management, counseling, life coaching, organization, client services, event coordination, administrative work, and writing-based services. I also bring a strong faith-based and people-centered approach to coaching, encouragement, and confidence-building services. In addition to practical experience, I am committed to ongoing learning, professionalism, communication, and service excellence in every area I offer.
